Currently we are looking for:
AI Agent Program Lead
Our customers are ready to move from isolated AI experiments to full agent operating models — and that requires more than great technology. They need clear operating models, governance frameworks, and compelling narratives that win internal buy-in. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can design these models, run pilot programs, and guide both clients and our own specialists toward production-grade outcomes, all while staying close to the practical details of agent design and rapid prototyping (without deep coding).
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Program Ownership
- Define agent operating models & governance frameworks that scale from pilot to production.
- Run end-to-end pilots / POCs—scoping, timelines, resources, success metrics.
- Manage stakeholders: customers (CXO to line-of-business) and internal teams (developers, consultants, data scientists).
Consulting & Enablement
- Facilitate discovery sessions and governance workshops that surface use cases and align KPIs.
- Create and deliver presentation assets (slide decks, workshop materials, demo scripts) that translate technical detail into clear business value.
- Present confidently to executive and technical audiences, acting as a trusted advisor on AI-agent adoption.
Hands-On Delivery and Best Practices
- Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and delivery assets based on lessons learned from real-world engagements to enable scalable, repeatable success.
- Coach and enable internal teams (developers, consultants, sales engineers) by sharing patterns, guiding design decisions, and elevating customer-facing execution.
- Step in as needed during critical engagements—whether facilitating workshops, troubleshooting delivery roadblocks, or advising on agent design and approach.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- 5 + years leading client programs, projects, or engagements (consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts—prompt engineering basics, agent patterns, and high-level RAG principles
- Exceptional facilitation & storytelling skills—comfortable running workshops and presenting to boards/C-suite
- Hands-on mentality—happy to design prompts or assemble a quick demo (no deep coding)
- Excellent English (Finnish is a plus)
- Familiarity with RAG architecture or agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AG2, etc.). Understanding of BPMN and CMMN concepts. (considered a plus, not a must have)
- Experience setting up governance for AI or automation solutions (considered a plus, not a must have)
- Background with automation platforms or scripting for prototyping (considered a plus, not a must have)
