AI Agent Developer to our office in Helsinki

Join us in building the future of the Agent Workforce! We are assembling a small, dynamic team — one that leverages cutting-edge AI to develop real-world, high-performing agents. Reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with executive leadership, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology offering and go-to-market strategies.

We welcome candidates across three levels—from hands-on developers to experienced technical leaders—so whether you’re just starting out, ready to take on more ownership, or eager to drive strategic technical decisions, there’s a place for you here.

What will you do:

• Develop Innovative AI Agents: Use prompt engineering and work with frontier AI models to design, implement, and refine AI agents that address real customer needs.
• Engage with Customers: Work directly with early customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions,
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership to define product direction, technology strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Embrace Innovation: Experiment with the latest AI tools and techniques, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Level-Specific Responsibilities

If you join us as a Developer:

• Hands-on coding and implementing AI agent projects.
• Build prototypes, demos, and contribute to early-stage solutions.
• Grow your skills with mentorship from more experienced team members.

If you join us as a Senior Developer:

• Ownership of key projects, driving design decisions and technical execution.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• translate real-world challenges into technical requirements and product improvements.

If you join us as a Principal Developer:

• Architect scalable systems for building, running, and managing AI agents.
• Set the technical vision and strategic direction in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Serve as a chief technical ambassador both internally and externally.
• Mentor and elevate team technical competencies
• Guide high-impact initiatives and evolve development methodologies.

We might be looking for you, if you have:

Technical Expertise:

• Deep experience with prompt engineering and frontier AI models.
• Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Go, JS), Python required.
• Previous experience with LLMs is a must (you will be asked to describe a project as part of application process)

Adaptability & Innovation:

• Passion for creatively applying AI to real-world challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

• comfortable engaging directly with customers for insights and product refinement.

Please note, that you may be asked to work from the office on regular basis (approx. 2 days per week). We do not offer relocation nor visa sponsorship for this role.
