Currently we are looking for:

Finnish speaking Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects for our key healthcare customers in Finland. Together with your colleagues you will help our clients in their automation journey. You will make sure you understand their business processes to ensure that project meets, or in the best case exceeds, customer expectations and support your colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be highly proactive and a self-driven individual.

Some of the main current projects are regarding data migrations for Finnish wellbeing counties. Here you will be managing multiple stakeholders on the client side, with our partner organizations, as well as the developers and analysts within Digital Workforce. The management of the project schedule, risks, budget, resourcing, expectations and scope are fundamental elements to keep the project on track and transparent to all relevant stakeholders involved. We might be looking for you, if you:

💡Have strong project management experience and interest in technology. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.

💡 Have proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders in the Finnish public sector

💡 Thrive interacting with many stakeholders and ability to clearly manage expectations, both internally and externally

💡 Speak Finnish and English fluently (in the first projects you will focus on supporting Finnish healthcare customers)

💡 Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, 

Experience with one or more of following systems or similar is considered an advantage: Apotti, Proconsona, Pegasos, Lifecare, Sosiaali Effica, Saga, Mediatri, Uranus, Aura

Salary range: 4500-5700 EUR/monthly base salary. The compensation will be based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
