Currently we are looking for:
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Finnish/Nordic Enterprise and Public sector)
As an Account Executive specializing in the Nordic Enterprise and Public market you will drive our growth and profitability by acquiring new clients in combination with managing opportunities at existing accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Take ownership of the success of a portfolio of high-value and strategic Enterprise accounts
- Foster long-term partnerships by understanding clients’ strategic goals and positioning Digital Workforce as a trusted partner in their innovation and business automation journeys.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, aligning Digital Workforce’s Business Automation Solutions, such as AI Agents and Business Process Management, with clients’ evolving business needs.
- Account management securing long term commitment through activities such as monitoring health metrics, coordinating internal teams and contract and renewal management
- Drive net new sales as part of the sales team, by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing Digital Workforce accounts and new prospects.
- Collaborate to success: Achieve success in sales and customer satisfaction by working closely with value engineering, solution architects, customer success, and operations

We might be looking for you, if you match these criteria:
💡A strong track record - in IT services sales and account management towards global customers preferably in the FSI, Retail or Manufacturing sectors
💡 Excellent Communication skills – Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence
💡Self-Motivated & Independent – You thrive in an autonomous role with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
💡 Team Player – You Work effectively with internal teams, including customer success, operations, and marketing, to drive success
💡 Industry Knowledge – Strong experience with business process automation and relevant market leading solutions is an advantage
💡 We will highly value a proven track record of delivering successful business growth with the Microsoft ecosystem
