Business Process Specialist/ Solutions Consultant
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business processes, technology, data, and user experience. Your mission will be to design, document, and optimize business processes that drive value—ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.
You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, solutions architects, and developers to model business processes using BPMN 2.0, define data requirements, and bring a user-centric mindset to digital service design.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze and Model Business Processes: Model current and future business processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Ensure alignment with business goals and technical architecture.
- Gather and Translate Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements, translating business needs into structured documentation for development teams.
- Design and Integration: Design and document data flows, entity relationships, and system integration points to support seamless solution architecture.
- User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that business processes are reflected in intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Support Solution Delivery: Assist in testing and validating digital solutions to ensure they meet the defined process and functional requirements.

We might be looking for you if you:
- Have proven experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or Service Designer in digital or IT-driven environments and Solid grasp of IT systems, software development life cycles, and digital platforms
- Have strong command of BPMN 2.0 modelling and tools.
- Present good understanding of data modelling (ERD, data dictionaries, API input/output specs) and familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understand Generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
- Are comfortable working in Finnish and English—this role focuses on supporting Finnish clients.
- Are self-motivated, curious, and proactive in problem-solving and delivery.
And it will be a great bonus, if you have some of below mentioned skills:
- Experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Flowable, Power Automate).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping or service design practices.
- Experience working with or designing processes for the healthcare or public sector.
