Healthcare Automation Specialist/ Solutions Consultant
Are you ready to help us transform how healthcare works—with your hands on the tech that powers real change? As a Healthcare Automation Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and developing automation solutions that make a difference in everyday healthcare operations. From identifying inefficiencies to building and deploying intelligent automation, you’ll work at the intersection of process analysis and technical delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to grow into a hybrid role—one that combines business insight with hands-on implementation using tools like Robocorp, UiPath, Power Automate. In your daily work you'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, business stakeholders, and technical teams to build impactful solutions for our healthcare customers. It is essential you can explain complex technical aspects to medical staff as well as lead a technical conversation with tech experts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain automation workflows to improve operational efficiency in healthcare.
- Analyze processes in collaboration with healthcare professionals to identify automation opportunities which include compliance aspects such as GDPR, patient data protection
- Take part in testing, deployment, and iteration of automations in real-world healthcare environments.
- Actively share learnings and best practices to help scale automation impact across teams and clients.
- Contribute to a growing knowledge base of automation best practices in healthcare environments

We might be looking for you if you:
- Have experience in healthcare, health IT, or public health services.
- Have strong skills in automation development (with tools like Robocorp, UiPath or Power Automate and/or process analysis.
- Have good expertise of healthcare workflows, such as patient pathways, clinical documentation, scheduling, or administrative processes (and have exceptional documentation and analytical skills)
- Have exceptional collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams and healthcare stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working in Finnish and English—this role focuses on supporting Finnish healthcare clients.
- Are self-motivated, curious, and proactive in problem-solving and delivery.
And it will be a great bonus, if you have some of below mentioned skills:
- Coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Familiarity with service design, patient journey mapping, or healthcare data analytics.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and how they may complement automation work.
