Currently we are looking for:
Financial Controller
Do you already have a few years of experience in auditing or accounting? Would you like to broaden your expertise as part of the small but dynamic finance team of a listed international company?
We are looking for a Financial Controller to work closely with the CFO, the Business Controller, and our outsourced accounting team. In addition to Finland, the company operates in five other countries (Poland, Sweden, UK, Ireland and USA), with finance managed centrally from Finland. In this newly created role, you will coordinate the accounting and audit processes of our group companies and be responsible for calculations and reconciliations related to monthly and quarterly reporting. Your responsibilities will also include cash management, cash flow forecasting, as well as forecasting and reporting the operating expenses. If you are interested, you could also gain experience in investor relations tasks, such as preparing stock exchange releases and investor presentations. Alongside these responsibilities, you will contribute to the continuous development of our processes, to support the company’s growth strategy and provide management with high-quality, reliable reporting.
We might be looking for you, if you match these criteria:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial statement-related tasks, and a strong motivation to grow into a versatile finance professional
A critical, curious, and proactive approach to your work
Very good English skills
Finnish language skills (in case the Investor relations tasks are included in the role

This is a hybrid role, so you should live in the Helsinki area and be able to work from our office 2–3 days per week (days and times agreed individually).
Salary range 4400-5000 EUR + bonus
