Team Manager for Data Migrations
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team of analysts and developers. Your focus will be on coordination, portfolio and project management, service development, and technical implementations. You will support mainly wellbeing services counties and manage relationships with many stakeholders, both on customers' side as well as internally. But we do not stop there, you will continue to develop offering around data migrations and support sales in their work. To succeed you need to have strong interest in people management as you will manage a team of over 10 colleagues.
As a Team Manager, you will:
Lead and support your direct reports — analysts and developers — from both a technical and managerial perspective
Drive programme, portfolio, and project management, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery across teams and customers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure high-quality deliverables
Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and project reporting
Lead stakeholder management and maintain strong collaboration across internal teams and customer organizations
You might be the person we are looking for if you have:
Previous experience in managing or leading people, with the ability to support, mentor, and develop team members
Strong programme management skills and a proven ability to build trust and ensure excellent delivery
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Experience working in a technical environment, ideally with RPA technologies
Very good working knowledge of English AND Finnish
A structured and proactive way of working, enabling you to manage priorities, support decision-making, and drive progress
A genuine interest in continuous improvement, modern technologies, and developing service excellence
Experience working with the public sector is considered a plus
