Currently we are looking for:
(Senior) Blue Prism Developer
We’re looking for an individual with a developer mindset and a passion for real-world impact. In this client-facing role, you’ll work closely with one of our local and international customers driving automation design, development, and deployment using Blue Prism technologies. It is a full-time permanent role. You’ll be part of a team that bridges technology and business, helping clinical and administrative processes become more efficient, scalable, and intelligent.
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism
Maintain and support implemented solutions, ensuring high performance, stability, and compliance with operational standards.
Lead or support process analysis, working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business workflows. You need to feel confident in leading workshops and meetings.
Verify and validate business cases, ensuring that automation projects deliver clear, measurable benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and process owners, to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
Ensure quality and documentation, following best practices throughout the RPA lifecycle.
Continuously innovate, exploring new Blue Prism features, AI integration, and opportunities for scaling automation across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (3+ years) developing automation solutions with Blue Prism.
Deep understanding of RPA lifecycle, from process assessment to production support.
Experience working in complex, regulated environments—preferably healthcare or public sector.
Knowledge of API integration, data management, and orchestration workflows.
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Fluent in English AND Finnish
At least one BP certificate, advanced certification is considered an advantage

We do not offer relocation nor sponsor visa for this role. Candidates outside of Finland will not be considered for this role.
Salary range depending on individual's experience 3800-4800 EUR+ bonus
