We are looking for a new colleague to join our office in Helsinki as:
Value Engineer
Our Value Engineering team is the bridge between a customer’s business problem and the technology that solves it. We uncover the pain, run the numbers, sketch the solution and tell the story that wins the deal.
As our pipeline keeps growing, we’re looking for someone who thrives in the space where ideas turn into workable solutions. A Value Engineer blends the curiosity of a product manager, the empathy of a service designer and the deal‑making instinct of pre‑sales. If you’ve spent your career bridging business and technology, helping teams move from problem to solution and cooperate with multi-functional teams, you’ll feel right at home—just with a sharper focus on automation and measurable value.
This is a global role: you’ll sit in Finland but team up with colleagues and customers across Europe and North America.
What you’ll do:
- Support with our world-class sales teams to craft winning proposals and close new business.
- Lead customer workshops that dig into pains, goals and effective wins.
- Build the business case — turn findings into clear ROI and value stories.
- Shape solution concepts with the technical teams including solution architects, project managers and platform experts
- Present with impact — crisp presenting, clear language, confident delivery.
- Level‑up our practice by developing our process, refining playbooks, templates and success stories.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Bring 2–5 years in customer‑facing business analysis, process consulting, service design or pre‑sales.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. business, technology, service design, or industrial engineering)
- Love structured conversations and keep asking “why?” until the real issue surfaces.
- Turn messy input into neat flows, numbers and visuals.
- Speak and write fluent English; Finnish or Swedish is a strong plus.
- Know the basics of automation (RPA, AI, BPM) —or can’t wait to learn.
- Background or knowledge in the healthcare industry is considered as a strong benefit
What we offer:
- Work that delivers visible value—from hospital patients and personnel to bank customers and factory teams.
- A seasoned, supportive team that coaches, spars and celebrates wins together.
- Projects across industries and tech stacks—from hospital RPA robots to finance‑grade AI workflows.
- Growth company committed to learning and involving all team members.
- Encouraging attitude towards learning mindset and self-development: taking part in seminars, events, courses
- Hybrid work in Finland, flexible work culture and a competitive benefits package.
👉🏼 Please apply with your CV or a link to LinkedIn (alternatively another professional site) not later than 31st of August 2025. Please note that we will start interviews as soon as potential candidates are identified and may close the job post earlier.
Salary range 4500-5500 EUR (+bonus), final compensation will be tailored to the candidate’s experience and seniority.
