Strategic Claims Transformation Lead – Agent Workforce
Our Agent Workforce initiative reimagines how work gets done—assigning tasks between people and AI—to unlock efficiency, quality, and agility. We're growing fast and need a hands-on, industry-seasoned leader to help us scale in the insurance vertical.
Insurance enterprises are ready to move beyond technology pilots and toward operating model reinvention—especially in claims processing. But real transformation requires more than new tools: it takes deep domain expertise, clarity of strategy, and hands-on product development. We need a leader who understands insurance operations from the inside out, and who is ready to co-create a solution that changes how claims work is performed—not just who performs it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior advisor on the Agent Workforce initiative, bringing domain credibility and strategic guidance to internal teams and client engagements in the insurance sector.
- Shape product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) direction by translating operational expertise into actionable engagements, messaging, and thought leadership for claims transformation with Agent Workforce.
- Redesign operating models with clients, shifting the conversation from technology implementation to workforce transformation and long-term business impact.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to refine value propositions, assess opportunities, and accelerate early pipeline traction through industry insight.
- Lead strategic customer engagements, from use case validation to deployment, ensuring outcomes are aligned with real claims challenges and commercial narratives.
- Embed insurance and claims expertise into product development, collaborating closely with the Agent Workforce product team to inform roadmaps, features, and user feedback loops.
- Champion early customer success stories, using them to enhance internal delivery models and develop scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Represent Digital Workforce externally, serving as a trusted voice on insurance operations at industry events, panels, and forums.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- 10+ years leading claims operations or insurance transformation (P&C, Life, or Health)
- Experience with operational performance management (LAE’s, Leakage, Waste, accuracy, TAT’s, CX)
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Track record of collaborating with product or innovation teams
- Executive presence and communication skills
- Experience delivering or leading operations transformation, shared services redesign, in insurance (considered a plus)
- Familiarity with early-stage product-market fit cycles (considered a plus)
Success Looks Like:
- Agent Workforce achieves product-market fit in the insurance vertical with strong customer references.
- You are recognized internally and externally as a domain leader in claims transformation.
- Sales cycles are accelerated by your participation, and customers clearly understand the business impact of our solutions.
- You co-author critical assets: use case frameworks, decision-making guides, product input, and customer narratives.
What we offer:
✅ A position to drive executive-level influence on the future insurance market
✅ An opportunity to play a vital role in developing a new go-to-market from scratch
✅ A possibility to influencing strategic decisions that shape the future of our Agent Workforce offerings
✅ Meaningful work - your work will directly impact customers by solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology
