Currently we are looking for:
FINNISH AND SWEDISH SPEAKING SALES EXECUTIVE (Enterprise and Public sector)
As a Sales Executive specializing in the Nordic Enterprise and Public market you will drive our growth and profitability by acquiring new clients in combination with managing opportunities at existing accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Consultative Sales: Work closely with prospects and our internal teams to understand the customer challenges and objectives. Present comprehensive offerings that effectively address these needs and demonstrate clear value propositions aligned with the customer’s strategic goals.
- Lead Sales Cycles: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact through to contract closure. Effectively manage relationships and expectations while ensuring alignment between customer requirements and our capabilities.
- Prospect and Acquire New Clients: You will actively seek out and engage with new prospects. Your goal is to build a robust pipeline of potential clients and convert them into long-term partners.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams, including customer success managers, operations managers, and analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

We might be looking for you, if you match these criteria
💡 Proven Sales Experience – A strong track record in B2B IT services sales, preferably in automation market and towards the FSI, Retail or Manufacturing sectors, but it is not just sales that matters, but foremost creating a real value for our customers and building long term relationships
💡 Excellent Communication skills – Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence
💡Self-Motivated & Independent – You thrive in an autonomous role with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
💡 Team Player – You Work effectively with internal teams, including customer success, operations, and marketing, to drive success
💡 Industry Knowledge – Strong experience with business process automation and relevant market leading solutions is an advantage
💡 We will highly value a proven track record of delivering successful business growth with the Microsoft ecosystem
💡 You speak fluently English, Swedish and Finnish (other Nordic languages are considered a plus)
