AI Agent Developers (all seniority levels)

Join us in building the future of the Agent Workforce! We are assembling a small, dynamic team — one that leverages cutting-edge AI to develop real-world, high-performing agents. Reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with executive leadership, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology offering and go-to-market strategies.

We welcome candidates across three levels—from hands-on developers to experienced technical leaders—so whether you’re just starting out, ready to take on more ownership, or eager to drive strategic technical decisions, there’s a place for you here.

What will you do:

• Develop Innovative AI Agents: Use prompt engineering and work with frontier AI models to design, implement, and refine AI agents that address real customer needs.
• Engage with Customers: Work directly with early customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions, ensuring our agents deliver tangible, real-world impact.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Join a close-knit team working hand-in-hand with executive leadership to define product direction, technology strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Embrace Innovation: Experiment with and integrate the latest AI tools and techniques, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in AI agent development.

If you join us as a Developer:

• Focus primarily on hands-on coding and implementing AI agent projects.
• Build prototypes, demos, and contribute to early-stage solutions.
• Grow your skills with mentorship from more experienced team members.

If you join us as a Senior Developer:

• Take ownership of key projects, driving design decisions and technical execution.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Engage more deeply with customers to translate real-world challenges into technical requirements and product improvements.

If you join us as a Lead Developer:

• Architect scalable systems for building, running, and managing AI agents.
• Set the technical vision and strategic direction in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Lead initiatives, oversee the evolution of our agent development practices, and serve as a technical ambassador both internally and externally.

We might be looking for you, if you have:

💡 Solid experience with prompt engineering and hands-on work with frontier AI models.

💡 Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JS). Some level of Python proficiency is required.

💡 A passion for using AI creatively in real-world applications.

💡 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.

💡 Comfort engaging directly with customers to gather insights and refine product features.

💡 Full-stack experience for crafting end-to-end user experiences (e.g., React, JS/TS) is a big plus (though not a must)
