Currently we are looking for:
Junior HR Specialist/Office Manager
In this role, you will act as a crucial link between multiple teams and departments, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency across various HR and administrative functions. The role is not only focused on local support, depending on your skills set and interests you can work on global projects such as onboarding or employer branding to name a few.
Your daily responsibilities include:
✅ Helping with daily and monthly routines in HR admin tasks (documents preparations, updating systems and databases, determining employees’ entitlements, arranging HSE trainings and medical check-ups)
✅ Coordinating various employee benefits (enrolments, administering terminations, status changes and coordinating with providers and vendors)
✅ Travel Management (arrangements, bookings, reviewing employees travel returns)
✅ Managing office supplies and ensuring a functioning working environment in the office
✅ Supporting customer and internal events from an administrative perspective
✅ Support in general office administration (meeting arrangements, scheduling, agenda invites etc.)
We might be looking for you, if you:
💡 are an organized and structured individual, not afraid of taking initiative and getting things done
💡 are fluent in English (you will collaborate with colleagues globally on daily basis) AND Polish
💡 have high level of accuracy and meticulousness; you like to work on detailed level and you’re precise in everything what you do.
💡 have excellent organizational skills, including good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
💡 are not afraid of taking challenging tasks (and asking for help if you feel you need extra support)
💡 have excellent verbal and written communication skills
💡 have relevant work experience in a similar role and you’re keen to develop and broaden your expertise (nice to have)
