Currently we are looking for:
FINNISH SPEAKING KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Social and healthcare sector)
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key Nordic customers in the social and healthcare sector. You will play a crucial role in driving value for our clients and the organization by excelling in creating long-term partnerships, uncovering strategic opportunities, and delivering impactful business results. Your main goal is to help our healthcare clients in their process automation journey to release healthcare professionals time for care processes, improve customer/patient experience, reduce customers process costs and to improve care effectiveness and outcomes. What will you do:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, establish trustworthiness and genuine connections within client teams, support them in exploring their needs
- Identify and drive large-scale opportunities for revenue growth, working closely with clients to align our offerings with their strategic objectives in a compelling way.
- Organize and lead the work of your own customer’s customer management teams consisting of customer success manager, operation manager and healthcare analysts.
- Lead sales cycles from discovery to closure, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational capabilities. Manage and consistently achieve sales quotas.
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic clients, focusing on growth opportunities, risk mitigation, and long-term partnership success.

We might be looking for you, if you have:
💡 Extensive experience of the Nordic public healthcare sector, particularly within customer relations or care pathway and process development
💡 Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation projects within the Nordic public healthcare sector
💡 Proven track record of maintaining and expanding customer relationship and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to build customer trust for yourself and Digital Workforce.
💡 Ability to identify and transform opportunities into impactful business outcomes, on your own and as part of the sales team
💡 Strong team working, communicational and problem-solving skills
💡 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Finnish and English (fluency in Swedish is considered a plus)
💡 Clinical healthcare background is considered as a major advantage
