And now a bit more about the position we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Łódź, Poland, as

HR Generalist

This position will be placed locally at our office in Łódź (Poland) together with our existing HR Specialist, but you will be part of our international HR team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering administrative support in regard to the entire employee life cycle including i.e. contract preparations, onboarding, work certificates, personal data management. Maintaining worksheets and working with payroll to prepare necessary data on monthly basis will be among your tasks. Besides these administrative responsibilities you’ll have a key role in supporting managers and employees in various HR administration related matters and ensuring smooth cooperation with external benefit suppliers and other stakeholders also. As part of the role there will also be different recruitment related activities (i.e. candidate communication and other support during the processes), so we hope that would be something you’re interested and maybe already have some experience in that area. As we are an international growth company and our aim is to develop our people alongside the company, there will be opportunity to build expertise on that area as well. You will also have chance to take part in developing and implementing internal procedures, HR policies & guidelines and other ongoing topics together with the rest of the HR team. The role will take shape on the way and the responsibilities are quite wide as written above, so we hope that you’re passionate to develop constantly and maybe specialize on certain areas later on.


What we look for:

  • We expect that you already have relevant work experience in a similar role and you’re keen to develop and broaden your expertise.
  • You’re familiar with labor legislation (Poland) and you’ve experience how to apply it in practice.
  • Very good spoken and written English is a must in this position.
  • Previous experience and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • You see possible problems as challenges, not as obstacles.
  • Accuracy and meticulousness; you like to work on detailed level and you’re precise in everything what you do.


To be successful in this role, you also possess strong communication skills and you’re not afraid of seizing the challenges – you actually enjoy solving those and deliver solutions. You feel comfortable to work in a constantly evolving organization and you’re agile both in mind and action; “can do” mindset is in your DNA. In addition to these you’re good at self-leadership (i.e. effective prioritizing) and your superpower is multitasking.
