Process Mining Specialist

In this exciting role you will support growing Intelligent Automation team in driving cognitive work automation projects across all the industries and functions. You work collaboratively with DWF Business consultants, data scientists and customer stakeholders throughout the customer’s organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and create automated solutions to handle unstructured data in high volume repetitive tasks.  

As Process Mining Specialist you will mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvements of business-critical processes. Good ability to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques is important to be able to develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Skills in modelling and testing the effectiveness of different courses of action are needed in this role. Agile way of working in variety of data mining/data analysis methods, working with data mining tools, building and implementing data models, using/creating algorithms and running simulations are among responsibilities in this role.

What we look for:

  • Proven ability to co-ordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • High interest in developing processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy. 
  • Adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on listening the customer need and creating solution for that.
  • Several years of experience i.e. in data-analyst work with some experience in connecting data-analyst work with process automation; you're experienced in using different process mining tools (i.e. Celonis, Minit, QPR or Process Gold).
  • Good communication and presenting skills; you're familiar with visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders by using i.e. Power BI, Qlikview, Tableua or similar.
  • At least basic level experience on RPA or intelligent automation. 
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
