And now a bit more about the position we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Helsinki as

Head of Health & Social Care

In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of creating and driving the Intelligent Automation robotics business in the Healthcare industry and help our clients to focus on the essential for their business needs.  As Head of our Health & Social Care sector, you will be in charge of leading and owning our industry specific robotics solutions along with concept creation. You will be responsible for promoting Digital Workforce’s services directly to customers in the Health and Social care industry and in parallel build relationships with vendor partners, consulting, and technology companies. You will lead and coordinate our Healthcare sales both in Finland and on an international level together with other marketing, consulting and development activities.

Working together with our international team you will be responsible for our clients to succeed in the field of IA and help us to scale up projects from pilots to larger programs that truly have an impact on the client’s business.  You will assist the client in drawing the big picture and seeing what the role and impact of software robotics is for their business and where we could help them out. This requires deep understanding of the Healthcare business, clinical processes and an existing network (especially in Finland).

Hence, in your day-to-day work, you will work closely with our Healthcare clients and help them ramp up their robotic practice. This means you will be involved in the strategic work, onboarding process (including tenders, contract negotiations etc.), reporting and managing projects as a whole. You will ensure that projects move in the right direction, conduct analysis workshops and medical industry consulting when needed. In addition, you will function as a consultant for the management, be DWF spokesperson in events, trainings and webinars, and develop and lead the service as a whole.  

What we see that you need to succeed in this role is a strategic and analytical mindset, project and service management skills, understanding of clinical processes in the healthcare sector and a genuine interest in working with customers, understanding their business and needs. In addition, we see it is important that you also have the motivation to learn new technologies and strive for continuous development. We will provide you with a comprehensive training in the field of IA if needed so that you can evolve into one of the Intelligent Process Automation experts of Digital Workforce.

What we look for:

  • Passion for improving our clients’ business operations
  • An existing network and experience of working with clinical processes within the healthcare sector is a must
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Pro-active, ambitious individual with a ‘‘can do’’ attitude who goes the extra mile
  • Strong Sales acumen with a focus on services and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills – you will negotiate engagement pricing and contractual agreements
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at both C-level and functional levels
  • Previous experience in the field of robotics, consulting and/or project management
  • Knowledge of LEAN or agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe is appreciated but not a requirement
  • Ability to use English and Finnish as your working language. Swedish is not a must but a great asset.
