As Business Consultant in Norway your main goal is to help our clients to integrate RPA and AI in their digitization strategy and scale up projects from pilots to larger programs that truly have an impact on the client’s business.  You will assist the client in drawing the big picture and seeing what the role and impact of software robotics and AI is for their business and where we could help them out. You are capable to articulate the value of robotics and AI as a service through Microsoft Azure and understand the value of implementing an industrialized maintenance program.

In your day-to-day work you will work closely with our enterprise clients and help them scale up their robotic/AI practice. This means you will do the analysis of what processes should be automated. You will also get to work with describing the processes on a detailed operational level where Digital Workforce can bring added value through improvement and automation. In addition, you will be participating in pre-sales and bringing the consultative edge to the sales process, running workshops and supporting our Solutions Consultants especially concerning the consultative part of the job and in understanding processes in large companies.

What we see that you need to succeed in this role is an analytical mindset, logical thinking skills, understanding of processes across industries and genuine interest in working with people and understanding their business and needs. In addition we see it is important that you also have the motivation to learn new technologies. We will provide you with a comprehensive training in the field of Software robotics and AI if needed so that you can evolve into one of the Intelligent Process Automation experts of Digital Workforce.

In this role you get to be a pioneer of your field and have a chance to shape the company’s take on digital workers. We want to do things in an agile way and our fast-paced growth offers an exciting ride.
