Administrator – Training Team (30 hours/week)

And now a bit more about the position we are currently looking to fill at our office in Helsinki, Finland as

Training Team Administrator

Our head office in the centre of Helsinki was established in 2015 and employs a dynamic team of 80 Intelligent Automation professionals at the moment. As our team grows rapidly, we are currently in the need of an Administrator to support the Training Team in both Internal training coordination as well as the administration of our e-learning platform. The role is a part-time position of 30 hours/week to start with, but the need might grow to a full-time role in the future. The Digital Workforce training team is responsible for the award-winning Digital Workforce Academy (www.dwfacademy.com) and internal training. Providing eLearning around intelligent automation from 2017, the DWF Academy has over 120 global customers and delivers training to every corner of the world.

Your daily responsibilities would include the following:  

eLearning (Canvas/Amazon) administration:

  • Administration of training courses
  • Administration of training participants
  • Administration of the virtual desktop environment
  • Testing of the training environment
  • Updating content to the portal
  • Solving issues with the training team and IT
  • Creating course progress reports and other smaller reporting duties
  •  

Internal training coordination (Boot Camp administration):

  • Coordinating the times and schedules and booking rooms
  • Organizing the Bootcamp program
  • Appointing trainers and presenters
  • Contacting and informing the newcomers and team managers
  • Welcoming the newcomers to the office
  • Taking care of the food/drinks during the Bootcamp and dinner reservations
  • Feedback process
  •  

What we look for:

For this role we are looking for a dynamic person who is extremely organized and makes things happen. You want to contribute in creating a great employee experience for our newcomers and ensure smooth training experiences from an administrative perspective. You take initiative in your own work and love keeping things in order and under control.

  • Technical or Educational Degree (Bachelor’s level)
  • A couple of years’ previous experience in an administrative role (preferably with a focus on training administration)
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mentality
  • Flexibility and ability to handle pressure
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to use both Finnish and English as a working language (both written and spoken)
