Digital Workforce is a rapidly growing Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) service company operating in Northern Europe. Our mission is to improve knowledge work and business productivity by leaving dull routines to digital workers and freeing up humans to more creative and meaningful tasks. And now a bit more about the position we are currently looking to fill at our office in Helsinki, Finland as

Office (Finance & HR) Administrator

Our headquarter office in the centre of Helsinki was established in 2015 and employs a dynamic team of 80 RPA professionals at the moment. As our team grows rapidly, we need an additional asset in form of a super administrator to function between Finance, HR and general Office Management. In this role you will in other words support processes and tasks in both Financial and Payroll Management from an administrative point of view. Additionally, you will ensure that daily operations in the office runs smoothly from an organizational point of view and coordinate and administer meeting arrangements, office supplies and personnel events among others.

Your daily responsibilities would include the following:  

  • Helping with daily and monthly routines in financial processes (such as reporting, sales and purchase invoicing and contract management)
  • Travel management, regulations and Instructions. Being the point of contact for global traveling
  • Salary specific calculations and reporting (such as global bonus scheme)
  • Country specific vacation calculations, vacation processes and information (global)
  • Coordination of Insurance matters internally and with relevant partners
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring a functioning working environment in the office
  • Supporting customer and internal events from an administrative perspective
  • Support in general office administration (meeting arrangements, scheduling, agenda invites etc.)

You are extremely organized and make things happen and want to contribute in creating a great employee experience for the whole team. You take initiative in your own work and love keeping things in order and under control.

  • Secondary degree diploma or other relevant education and training
  • A couple of years’ previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on Finance and HR
  • Excellent Ms Excel skills and hands-on work experience with Excel  
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mentality
  • Flexibility and ability to handle pressure
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to use both Finnish and English as a working language (both written and spoken)
