Digital Workforce is a rapidly growing Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) service company operating in Northern Europe. Our mission is to improve knowledge work and business productivity by leaving dull routines to digital workers and freeing up humans to more creative and meaningful tasks. And now a bit more about the position we are currently looking to fill at our office in Stockholm, Sweden as

Part-time Office Assistant

Our office in the center of Stockholm was established in 2016 and employs a dynamic team of 30 RPA professionals at the moment. As Office Assistant you will ensure that daily operations in the office runs smoothly from an administrative and organizational point of view. You will support both our Swedish Country Manager in different administrative tasks from Sales administration and travel arrangements to booking meetings and managing schedules to organizing and optimizing the administrative processes in the office. Additionally, you will assist our country manager in tasks related to internal and external communication and be the point of contact towards relevant partners and clients. Digital Workforce also aims to participate in a number of industry specific events and seminars throughout the year, where you will play a key role in coordinating and organizing the events.

What we look for:

For this role we are looking for a dynamic person who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and take action. You make things happen and want to contribute in creating a great employee experience within our Swedish team

  • Passion for Robotics
  • Secondary degree diploma. Additional secretarial education is considered an asset.
  • A couple of years’ previous experience in administrative/secretarial tasks with a focus on Sales/Marketing  
  • Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Flexibility and ability to handle pressure
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to use both Swedish and English as a working language
