And now a bit more about the position we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Stockholm as Solutions Consultant  

As a Solutions Consultant you will work closely with Digital Workforce clients as well as with colleagues in all aspects of process automations. A Solutions Consultant helps companies and organizations to identify, implement and operate process automations. In the role you will use cutting edge technology and make use of the latest tools and best practices daily in order to deliver your consultative services. The Solutions Consultant will apply automations on a variety of software solutions and during the automation journey also regularly get in contact with client representatives.

In this role you will be able to perform a number of different activities spanning from application modelling, design and verify RPA implementation, help clients in how to find as well operate robot automations as part of the RPA lifecycle. 

You will also have a key role in ensuring that the assigned project meets, or in the best case exceeds, customer expectations. In addition, your daily work will revolve around developing the robot, testing it and assuring that the transfer to the maintenance team runs smoothly.

Especially during your first projects, you will work closely together with your more experienced colleagues and learn from them along the way. 

What we see that you need to succeed in this role is having an analytical mindset, logical thinking skills and a genuine interest in working with customers, understanding their business and needs. In addition, we see that it is important that you also have the motivation to learn new technologies. We will provide you with a comprehensive training in the field of Software robotics if needed so that you can evolve into one of the Intelligent Process Automation experts of Digital Workforce.

In this role you will get to be a pioneer of your field and have a chance to shape the company’s take on digital workers. Implementing RPA is to a quite large extent a no-code programming technique and consequently, to be a Solution Consultant you do not necessarily need traditional coding skills.

In the role as solution consultant, you can have an analyst focus or developer focus and sometimes you can switch between the different tracks in the role depending on the client set up.

The analytical role focuses more on business analysis, delivery design and program management. The analytical track involves typically identification of processes to automate, design of automations and close interaction with clients.

The development role focuses on actual realization of automations, developing robust and scalable automations. In addition, actual programming is sometimes needed for API usage or specific customizations process automations.

What we look for

You must have

  • Passion and curious to learn more about robotics and AI
  • Innovative problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated way of working
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to use English and Swedish as your working language

You may have  

  • Previous experience in the field of robotics, especially Blue Prism or UI Path
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe
  • Been working with .Net programming
  • Previous experience consulting and/or project management
  • Ability to work and interact with different kind of personalities
