Digital Workforce is a rapidly growing Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) service company operating in Northern Europe. Our mission is to improve knowledge work and business productivity by leaving dull routines to digital workers and freeing up humans to more creative and meaningful tasks. And now a bit more about the position we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Stocholm, Sweden as

Sales Executive

As Sales Executive at Digital Workforce you will have the opportunity to be part of creating the software robotics business and help companies focusing on the essential for their business needs. You will be responsible for promoting Digital Workforce’s services directly to Customers (mainly within the public health care sector in Sweden) and in parallel build relationships with vendor partners, Consulting, and Technology companies. You will also work intensely with project delivery teams to ensure customer and partner satisfaction through achievement of business goals and turn each customer into a reference.

You know that you have succeeded in this position when you have deepened existing customer relationships and raised the awareness regarding what kind of solutions Digital Workforce can offer. We want to be forerunners concerning robotics and therefore you will have an essential role in marketing new ways of working to our customers. Measures for success are development of customer relationships and backlog, turnover and customer experience.

We see that to be successful in this position you will need to have previous experience of managing customer relationships holistically, have succeeded in developing prospects into customers and selling also demanding services to enterprises. Already having contacts to people in leading positions in enterprises is therefore definitely seen as an asset. Also, a thorough understanding of the concepts of RPA, IPA, AI, ML is an advantage.

Oral and written Fluency in Swedish and English at business level is a prerequisite.

What we look for:

  • Strong sales acumen with focus on the services business
  • At least 10 years of previous relevant work experience (B2B Sales) and a proven track record of value-based sales of IT Services
  • Previous experience from public health care sector in Sweden is required
  • Experience in performing sales planning and pipeline management
  • Passion for robotics
  • Excellent negotiation skills – you will negotiate engagement pricing and contractual agreements
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at both, C-level and functional levels
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe is appreciated but not a requirement
  • Ability to use English and Swedish as your working language

  • Ability to multi-task within tight timeframes, and rapidly amend plans and tactics in response to changes in priority or situation
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Leveraging internal resources and business partners to provide solutions to customers’ challenges
