Digital Workforce is a rapidly growing Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) service company operating in Northern Europe. And now a bit more about the positions we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Łódź, Poland.

RPA Developer / RPA Maintenance Specialist / System Manager

For our growing team in Poland we are looking for talented people for all above mentioned roles. As RPA Developer you will join our team of Professional Services and help our clients in process automation. This means you will be in close interaction with clients and help the business to identify the processes suitable for automation and describing their business processes with the precision that is required for automation and for training the robot resources. You will also work with building the robot, configuring and modelling automation scripts utilising Blue Prism and UiPath technology.

Our RPA Maintenance Specialists work in our Run Management team. This service primarily involves maintenance of customers' robotic environments with a specific focus on process-level issues. This means you will respond to tickets in our ticketing system, ensure smooth operation of our customers' processes, perform deployments of processes to specific environments (where developers may not have access) and cooperate with our Robot as a Service (RaaS) team on carrying out environment-wide changes and updates.

Our RaaS environment is developed by the System Managers. In this role one of your main tasks will be to build, development and maintaining big cloud environments that robots can function on together with the rest of the team. We are constantly developing new solutions for our customers and therefore a learning mindset of constant improvement and finding new innovative solutions is a must in this role. In addition, the work includes technical consulting in customer cases regarding the service and supporting the internal IT.

What we look for:

  • Mindset for automate
  • Deep-diving troubleshooting mindset
  • Treating problems as challenges, not obstacles
  • Previous experience in advanced VBA or programming
  • Experience with RPA would be an asset
  • Experience with direct interactions with external customers
  • Good Soft Skills
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Good spoken and written Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish would be an asset
  • RPA Maintenance Specialists should have readiness for working on a 24/7 schedule (40 hours per week)
