And now a bit more about the position we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Copenhagen as

Solutions Consultant

As Solutions Consultant your main goal is to help our clients in process automation. This means you will help the business to identify the processes suitable for automation and describing their business processes with the precision that is required for automation and for training the robot resources. You will also learn how to actually build the robot and work with configuring and modelling automation scripts utilising our technologies (Blue Prism and/or UiPath). Therefore, the projects will be closely related to both process development and developing robust robots. In addition you will be able to participate in pre-sales and work in both smaller and bigger Robotic Process Automation projects. 

In your day-to-day work will be in close interaction with clients. You will make sure you understand their business processes to be able to bring this understanding to a detailed operational level where Digital Workforce can provide value through robotic automation. You will also have a key role in ensuring that project meets, or in the best case exceeds, customer expectations. In addition your daily work will be about developing the robot, testing it and assuring the transfer to the maintenance team runs smoothly. Especially during your first projects you will work closely together with your more experienced colleagues and learn from them along the way.

What we see that you need to succeed in this role is an analytical mindset, logical thinking skills and an genuine interest in working with customers, understanding their business and needs. In addition we see it is important that you also have the motivation to learn new technologies. We will provide you with a comprehensive training in the field of Software robotics if needed so that you can evolve into one of the Intelligent Process Automation experts of Digital Workforce.

What we look for:

  • Passion for robotics
  • Innovative problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in the field of robotics, consulting and/or project management is seen as an asset
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe is appreciated but not a requirement
  • Ability to use English and Danish as your working language
