IT Analyst in process automation and monitoring

As IT Analyst you will be responsible for developing our capabilities regarding automation and monitoring of our robotics platform. The role requires you to active your technical as well as process skills, since Infrastructure as code is equally important to ensure that our ITIL processes are continuously improved.

You will be working both with the platform and architect team in order to ensure that we build the right capabilities, but also that they are followed as per your specifications.

To succeed in the role, you have experience with IT operations as well as understanding and experience of DevOps or SRE, having been part of such an function or worked closely with it.

Technologies that should be familiar to you include:

  • Ansible/Terraform
  • Gitlab
  • Azure/AWS
  • SQL

What we look for:

  • At least 5 year of experience within management of devops stack e.g. installations, configuration, updating etc.
  • Proven skills within automation of Infra, configuration and deployment pipeline (preferably using immutable patterns)
  • Experience within Setup and configuration of monitoring stack
  • Previous background of managing and reporting of environment health
  • A proactive approach to your work and mindset for driving change
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to understand and to learn rapidly
