And now a bit more about the role we are currently hoping to fill at our office in Helsinki as  

Solutions Consultant with Blue Prism and/or UiPath experience

As Solutions Consultant your main goal is to help our clients in process automation. This means you will help the business to identify the processes suitable for automation and describing their business processes with the precision that is required for automation and for training the robot resources. You will also work with building the robot, configuring and developing automations by utilising RPA technology. We want to provide a holistic solution to our clients and therefore, the projects will be closely related to both process development and developing robust robots

In your day-to-day work you will:

  • be in close interaction with clients ensuring you understand their business processes and how DWF can provide value through robotic automation
  • ensure our projects meet, and exceeds, customer expectations 
  • develop the robot, test it and assure that the transfer to the maintenance team runs smoothly
  • ensure the quality of our developments and participate in developing our best practices together with an international team of Intelligent Automation experts

What we look for:

  • Passion for robotics and previous experience in developing robots utilising either Blue Prism or UiPath automation technology.
  • You already have professional or advanced level certifications in BP/UiPath, which gives you a good base to develop your skills even further.
  • Analytical ability, experience from different sectors and solid automation understanding are your strengths – through these you’ll be able to create and develop business.
  • Previous experience in managing to build strong customer relationships with the operational teams and bring extra value to the projects they are involved by your strong consultative mindset.
  • Previous coding experience (C#) is an asset
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe is appreciated but not a requirement.
  • Ability to use English and Finnish fluently as your working languages is a must
