The Solution Consultancy team helps customers to identify and prioritise processes, which are suitable for digitalisation and automation. In addition, the team supports customers throughout their RPA journey from acquiring in-house capabilities to business development and change management. This department is responsible for defining the targets for digitalisation and planning the implementation work. Continuous development, training and coaching are an important part of the team's daily work.
